You’ve got Questions? I’ve got Answers!
As we approach the upcoming homeschool year, many new and veteran homeschoolers have questions for me regarding the way I homeschool. I have a lot of videos on how I homeschool and have shared a few posts here on my website as well.
However, for this post, I thought it would be fun to share a few questions I’ve answered in the Q&A videos from my channel. I’ve linked the videos below in case you are more of an auditory learner, but for those of you who are visual or like to read, here are 20 questions I’ve answered regarding homeschooling.
Planning a Homeschool High School Formal
As many of you know, my two oldest children are in high school and my third child is about to enter high school. As you approach those homeschool years, it can bring back some nostalgia. You can sometimes wonder if there is something your child is missing out on different school activities or events. Read this post for more on how I planned my kid’s high school formal.
It’s Homeschool Nesting Season
Does that post title surprise you? If you’re a homeschool mom you have probably felt this way as your school year comes to a close. I always feel like I’m nesting toward the end of the year and ready to clean everything out!
In today’s post, I will share my helpful list that is straight out of my iPhone notes of everything I tackle to prep for a new homeschool year. In no particular order, I work my way through this list every summer break.
End of Homeschool Year Traditions
I always try to do something simple but special for our last day of our homeschool year to help celebrate all of our hard work, all we’ve learned, diligence, perseverance, and send us into our summer break. Each year that passes brings such strong emotions, especially as my oldest children reach graduation years. However, I also don’t want to squander away these precious moments at home with my kids. So in this post, I share all I do from preparations and the night before to the morning of our last day of school. I hope this encourages you to make some end of school year traditions with your family. You won’t regret it.
